Build your own job list: small electrical jobs at fixed prices
Pick small jobs like sockets, switches, lights and extractor fans, see fixed prices including VAT, choose a time and book online. Every price is supplied and fitted and includes VAT, so you know the cost before we arrive. Minimum spend for supply and fit: £180 including VAT (£150 + VAT).

How does “Build your own job list” work?
- Choose small jobs from the price list: switches, sockets, spurs, lights, alarms, extractor fans and more.
- See the fixed price of each item including VAT, and the running total.
- Choose an arrival window, pay 50% to 100% online and get a confirmation straight away.
- Minimum spend £180 including VAT (£150 + VAT). Smaller jobs: labour only at £108 per hour including VAT.
Four steps, about two minutes
- Pick your jobs. Add items from the tabs, or a popular bundle. Each item says whether it replaces an existing fitting or is a new installation.
- Answer any quick questions. A few items ask one question first, for example whether there is an existing fan in the same place, so we can keep the fixed price.
- Choose a time. Pick an arrival window. Evening windows add 25%; urgent, weekend and holiday windows add 50%. You see the total, and the estimated time on site, before paying.
- Book and pay online. Pay between 50% and 100% now; any balance is paid by a secure link after the job. You can also save your list and share a private link, for example with your landlord.

- Minimum spend £180 including VAT (£150 + VAT), checked before any evening or weekend uplift.
- Best for a list of small jobs: a few sockets, new switches, downlights, an extractor fan.
Labour only (hourly rate)
- £108 per hour including VAT (£90 + VAT) for a weekday daytime window, then 30-minute blocks.
- First hour paid online. No minimum spend.
- Materials are not included: use parts you already have, or we agree them with you first.

What is “Build your own job list”?
It is our small works price list online. You add the small jobs you need, such as sockets, switches, lights and extractor fans, see fixed prices including VAT, choose an arrival window and book. The minimum spend for supply and fit is £180 including VAT (£150 + VAT).
What if my job is smaller than the minimum?
Book labour only at our hourly rate: £108 per hour including VAT (£90 + VAT) for a weekday daytime window, first hour paid online, then 30-minute blocks, with no minimum spend. Materials are not included.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes, for the item as described, in a weekday daytime (green) window. Prices are for replacing an existing fitting in the same place on existing wiring, unless the item is marked New installation. Evening (blue) windows add 25% and urgent, weekend and holiday (amber) windows add 50%. You see the total before you pay.
When does a job need a quote instead?
Some items ask a quick question first, for example whether there is an existing fan in the same place. If the answer means it is not a like-for-like job, or you want a finish other than standard white plastic, we quote it instead. You can request a quote from the booking page or call 07508 525912.
How do I pay?
You pay between 50% and 100% of the total online when you book. Any balance is paid by a secure link after the job.
