How much does an urgent visit cost?
Visits booked less than 24 hours ahead are £85 + VAT per 30 minutes on weekdays from 07:00 to midnight (£204 for the first hour including VAT), and £100 + VAT per 30 minutes overnight and at weekends (£240 for the first hour). Parts are extra. Full rates are in our service terms.
What should I do while I wait?
If there is smoke, fire, an electric shock or immediate danger, move away and call 999. Otherwise keep clear of the affected equipment and don't touch anything damaged or attempt repairs.
Will I get paperwork for the repair?
Yes, we provide the certificates and reports appropriate to the work. Our normal target is within 72 hours of completion and payment.
