Full & partial rewires
A full rewire and a partial rewire have different scopes. We agree which wiring, accessories, circuits and consumer unit work are included, plan the positions with you and test the completed installation. The quotation also identifies any separate making-good or decorating work.
New circuits & additional sockets
Adding a circuit for a kitchen, garden office, electric shower, hob or extra sockets? We install dedicated circuits correctly sized and protected, integrated cleanly into your existing board (or a new one where capacity is needed).
Signs your property needs rewiring
Deteriorated wiring, recurring faults or inadequate provision for the planned use justify an assessment. An older installation does not automatically need complete replacement. Inspection and testing help establish its condition and the work appropriate to your property.

How long does a rewire take?
A full rewire of a typical flat or small house usually takes several days to a couple of weeks depending on size and access. We'll give you a clear timeline when we quote.
Do I need to move out during a rewire?
Not always — many rewires are done room by room while you remain in the property. For larger jobs it can be easier to be out for part of it. We'll advise based on your situation.
Will the work be certified?
Yes. All rewiring and new circuits are tested and come with the appropriate certification, and notifiable work is registered for Building Control compliance.
