Most of our Paddington work falls into two groups. Around Paddington Basin, letting agents book us for EICRs in the newer blocks on Merchant Square, Sheldon Square, North Wharf Road, Hermitage Street and Praed Street, usually with keys collected from the agent and access through the concierge. Access, concierge and fault-finding visits in Paddington
