Your choice
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” does not prevent you from viewing the website or sending an enquiry. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this browser and removes the website's Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete information already received by Google.
What analytics measures
For visitors who allow analytics, we measure page visits, referral websites, scrolling, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. Analytics helps us understand which pages bring enquiries and improve the website. A contact-link click is not proof that a call, message or booking took place.
Google receives technical information about the visit, such as browser and device information and the network connection, and may process information outside the UK. Our custom enquiry events include only the form name and a service category. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, postcodes and message contents from enquiry forms are not included in those events. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URL supplied by our tracking code. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our implementation.

Sending an enquiry
Details entered in our enquiry forms are submitted to Netlify Forms and delivered to our enquiries email, which uses Google Workspace, so we can respond to your request. This happens independently of your analytics choice. Please do not include payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the form. Contact us at the email above with questions or requests about your enquiry information.
