Booking, pricing & aftercare.

Clear information before, during and after your electrical work.

Book an appointment online

Use our booking app for EICRs, fault finding and small electrical visits in Greater London. It checks your job postcode, shows available arrival windows and sets out the advance payment before checkout. Your confirmation includes a private link to manage the appointment.

Online appointments use the full Service Terms & Conditions. For consumer units, rewires, EV chargers and larger installations, request a quotation for the project. For immediate electrical help, call 07508 525912.

Free enquiries and quotations

Preparing a quotation and a quotation-only visit are free. Diagnostic testing, inspections and repair work are separate chargeable services, agreed before work starts.

Send your postcode, a description of the work and any useful photos through our enquiry form, by email or WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the scope, availability and charging basis with you before booking.

Understanding the price

We confirm how your job will be charged before booking. Additional work is agreed with you before it proceeds.

Remedial work is separate.

Fault finding

Often charged by time and materials. We confirm the rate and any call-out basis before attendance. Finding the cause and carrying out the repair may involve different amounts of work.

Ask us to clarify labour, parts and any access or parking costs in your booking confirmation.

Planned installations

Consumer units, rewires and EV chargers need a quote for the agreed installation. Existing wiring, circuit count, cable routes and access can affect the scope.

A photo helps us understand the request but does not replace inspection or testing where needed.

What to look for in your quote

  • The work included, materials and any exclusions.
  • The total including VAT, or the charging rate and basis.
  • Any deposit, payment stages and additional agreed charges.
  • Testing, certification and notification where applicable.
  • Access arrangements, expected disruption and how changes will be agreed.

Request a quote with optional photos

Preparing for a visit

Arrange access to the property, consumer unit and work areas. Tell us about tenants, parking restrictions, sensitive equipment and any access limitations. Electrical work may require planned power interruptions.

Changing or cancelling a booking

Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. The applicable booking terms and any cancellation rights or charges should be explained in your quote or booking confirmation. This page does not introduce a new cancellation fee or replace your statutory rights.

Certification and workmanship

We provide appropriate electrical documentation for the agreed work. Our advertised workmanship guarantee is six months; ask us to confirm its scope in writing with your quote. Manufacturer warranties are separate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Aftercare and complaints

If something is not right, email enquiries@ac-kinetic.com with the job reference or address, the issue and any useful photographs. We will review the concern and discuss the next steps. For an urgent electrical concern, call 07508 525912.
